Left over pumpkin ideas

Yummy spiced pumpkin eggy bread....mix 3 eggs 2 tablespoons of pumpkin purée a sprinkling of cinnamon a pinch of salt and sugar. Soak slices of bread any will do but brioche slices make amazing in the mixture and fry in a little butter, until golden brown on both sides. If you have some apple jelly left spread on both sides whilst warm or use honey.
